An excellent kit of the classic PBY Catalina flying boat used extensivley during the second world war for reconnaissance and search and rescue operations.

This model includes a decal set to represent the aircraft of No. 113 Air-Sea Rescue Flight, a Royal Australian Air Force unit of World War II. The Flight was formed at Cairns, Queensland on 10 January 1945 and was equipped with PBY Catalinas for air-sea rescue operations.
