Kit to produce dirty track bed on your ballasted track areas to represent weathering, dirt and oily grime between the rails at stations, at points, signal areas and engine maintenance depots. This kit is specially designed for layouts using diesel locomotives.

Suitable for all scales.

Objective:
To produce dirty track bed on ballasted track areas to represent weathering, dirt and oily grime between the rails in stations, at points, signal areas and engine maintenance depots.

Application:
Apply yhe powders to your completed ballasted areas and seal with a PVA mist.

Track oil solution can be added with a brush or air brush, once PVA is dry. Add brake dust with a brush to rail areas once tracki oil is dry.

Drying times can be between 24-48 hours depending on ambient temperature. Application of PVA mix to the surface will seal the finished product. Suggested PVA mix is 50% PVA/Water with a splash of washing up liquid.
