The transformation process is simplified into three steps using replacement parts, offering easy assembly for each form: Gerwalk, Fighter, or Battroid, with excellent articulation. The YF-21's unique appearance, including its "limiter release" mode, can be faithfully replicated. The head features intricate detailing with movable parts for enhanced movement. Shoulder mobility is ensured for dynamic posing. The chest offers multiple axes of movement for directional motion, while the canopy can be opened and closed for realism.
