To accompany its previous specialist SAS variant of the Bushmaster 4x4 vehicle, Dragon’s Armor Pro series is proudly offering another 1/72 scale rendition of the Australian-built vehicle. It’s a Bushmaster Protected Mobility Vehicle (PMV) as it appeared in operations in Afghanistan with the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF), specifically with the Dutch Army. Produced by Thales Australia, the Bushmaster 4x4 PMV has an enviable record in protecting troops in combat zones such as Afghanistan. This particular Dragon kit of the Bushmaster depicts a regular Dutch vehicle in NATO/ISAF service, including a general-purpose machine gun installed in a Thales SWARM remote-controlled weapon station on the rooftop.

The 1/72 scale kit is fantastically detailed, with slide molds providing major assemblies such as the lower hull and upper compartment. Other details like the chassis bottom and suspension are depicted very well, as is the remote weapon station atop the roof mounting a machine gun. Specific Dutch features like the ballistic window configuration and radio antennas are present.
